I Love Juicing and as my blog grows I aim to bring to you easy helpful recipes for many health benefits. Juicing has become an increasingly popular method for managing stress and anxiety so so let’s take a look at what is juicing and why it helps.
WHAT IS JUICING
Juicing involves extracting juice from fresh fruits and vegetables, providing a concentrated source of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that can support physical and mental well-being.
BENEFITS OF JUICING FOR STRESS RELIEF
The benefits of juicing for stress relief are numerous, as the nutrients found in fresh produce can help reduce inflammation, promote relaxation, and support a healthy nervous system.
Additionally, juicing allows you to easily consume a wide range of fruits and vegetables that you might not typically eat, helping to diversify your diet and provide essential nutrients that can support optimal health. My Juicing Story
Hi, my name is Sue and I am a firm believer in the power of juicing. I started incorporating fresh juices into my daily routine several years ago as a way to support mine and my husband’s overall health and wellness, and have been amazed at the positive impact it has had on our life’s.
Not only do we feel more energized and focused, but we have also noticed a significant reduction in stress and anxiety. I convinced my husband to join me on this healthy habit once he saw how amazingly different I felt over time, and we now enjoy experimenting with new juicing recipes and combinations together.
Juicing has become a regular part of our lives, and we both look forward to our weekends in particular when we can stir up a few of our favorite recipes.
Here are just a few of my favorite stress-busting recipes.Â
SOOLYFE GO TO Juicing
Ingredients
- 4 Oranges
- 4 Carrots
- 1 Inch Fresh Ginger Root
- 1 Inch Fresh Turmeric Root
TIP: I often buy Turmeric and Ginger in bulk. I then bulk juice just the Ginger and Turmeric and freeze them in Ice Cube Trays. Each time I juice I use one cube as the shot needed for each of my juicing recipes. I also use one ice cube when I cook Rice, chicken, or any recipe you feel a quick pick me up is needed from the benefits of Ginger and Turmeric.Â

Always wash fruit and vegetables before juicing.
Always peel heavy-skinned fruit including oranges.
If you are new to purchasing a juicing machine – check the spout size.Â
The larger the spout, the easier prep time and the quicker the process.
MAGNESIUM GLYCINATE
 For Sleep, Stress & Anxiety
If you are anything like me, in your 50’s, waking up several times a night seems to be the norm and I cannot find any valid reason as to why apart from Menopause and everything that comes with Menopause. Over the years I have tried various natural remedies and the best remedy for me so far seems to be Magnesium Glycinate Supplements.Â
I just purchased Pure Encapsulations Magnesium Glycinate 29 March 2023 after reading so many glowing reviews about it. Second night in, a huge improvement. I Fell asleep quicker, stayed asleep longer, and woke up feeling that I actually gained some quality sleep. Worth a try! I believe they also help with stress, anxiety, and a lot more. I will be compiling a blog post soon about the various types of magnesium and how each variant can help with different ailments.  I hope this little bit of extra information may help someone who is having problems sleeping or relaxing a little.
